My Commitment to You

· I shall carefully listen to your requirements and endeavour to fully meet your needs

· I shall present a dignified ceremony in accordance with our agreed plans, with the agreed balance of formality and informality. 

· As far as is practicable I will ensure a relaxed, respectful, inclusive and enjoyable ceremony

· I shall work cooperatively with other service providers.

· Ample time will be allowed between commitments to ensure that I do not arrive late nor have to depart hastily.

· Resources to assist in deciding the style of ceremony and vows, together with a wide selection of readings and poems, shall be provided

· Use of a PA system where necessary

· All certificates will be attractively printed

· The final ceremony draft shall be provided for you to verify and sign-off

· I shall endeavour to be prepared and on time all the time.

· A presentation copy of the ceremony will be supplied for Standard and above ceremonies (subject to late changes)

· I shall at all times maintain current Personal Indemnity and Public Liability insurance, proof of which shall be provided upon request

· I shall act in your interests at all times, respecting your privacy and confidentiality

· Your ceremony paperwork shall be accurate and lodged promptly (usually posted the day after the marriage)

· Throughout all contact I shall be attentive to detail, proactive and endeavour to be flexible.
